5linx is an opportunity which may have been given to you because of a story of another company succeeding to the level of the Fortune 500 list because of exponentially growing sales numbers. But as with any other possibility, you must ask yourself if it will be worth the cost.

My review: HOT: but with risk! As I said earlier 5linx recently got some publicity for making the fortune 500 list. It is clear their products are selling and though the growth has receded there is still a lot of potential. I add the risk factor because of the fact of what products they are selling, telecommunications technology.

Their primary product is VoIP telephones and the related subscription. Part of its growth can be attributed to the major savings the service provides, especially on international calls. However, because it is likely that other similar businesses may proliferate, their position may not be secure. This potential is good or bad because 5linx could either fail under the pressure or could grow in response to the challenge.

It's made agreements with nearly all cable-TV and internet providers, as well as cell phone carriers, and it turns out it provides the same service at a lower price or with other features. However, the 5linx compensation plan delivers a commission on a commission, and though customers may like it the .16 residual maximum for each subscription screams ages until you make a million or more residual incomes and at the top.

Obviously it varies greatly and as the 5linx compensation plan doesn't strike me as too intelligent filled with "possible" one time higher commissions linked with .16 cent residual commissions and a whole list of company language about what you need to raise to levels and levels to the top where they boost SOME NICE looking incentives like a company list BMW and paid vacation.

No company will provide you with a lottery ticket, and no business builds itself overnight, and no opportunity comes from thin air alone. This is what I'd want to share with you and hope sticks with you, based on my experience with the top producers in the industry.

You're a home based business. you will run it, not 5linx. It is up to you to bring money to the business, so you have to know how to market, THAT is how you get clients; not the 5linx VoIP that you may have to sell if you don't find a company which you find goes with you better. And you need to lead and show you're on top of these things that will bring you to the top of a compensation plan.
